Steady On
Your Nepal mission team has finished day two of their work and is preparing for a night of rest to power their final teaching day (which will begin when we are preparing to end our Friday here).
The children's ministry is in full swing...
From Darrin:
Eric did a great job. [He] got them singing Jesus loves me...he was so animated. The adults and teenagers came and hung out at the children's ministry. After it all was over [for the night] the teens played with balls etc, until it got dark. Fun atmosphere.

The childern learned about the Christmas story and about sin today.
And one little girl has learned how to wrap more than a few mission team members around her tiny little finger.
This young boy is exploring the Jesus Storybook Bible, which is one of the most beautifully written and illustrated story Bibles ever. Would that every child (and adult, really) have access to this work! Children in your world would benefit from it too (in this blogger's opinion!).
Still flipping pages. . .
The splendor of creation remains very evident to our five as they experience it first hand...

Things seem quiet and peaceful in the camp...
Eric, texting home. We, who are at home, are so thankful for technology which allows us to communicate!!
In the pulpit things are...as we'd expect, praise God!
And now, back to the children...
Can you even? They are adorable!
Prayer requests for today:
- For their last day of teaching in the village
- Courage for the students during question and answer session and wisdom for the teachers
- For the children's ministry, that fruit will remain
- That the student's and their families will be encouraged, energized, and filled with hope.
- For these childern and for their futures!
- For the women in attendance, many who's husbands have left them because of their professions of faith.
- For courage of pastors to keep preaching the word faithfully.
- For good rest for our team and translators and hosts.
- Thank God for the blessings of this trip and the smooth running of teaching.
The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs - heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, "provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.
